Delivery Locations

Fenaya currently delivers to:

  • The United Arab Emirates

  • Selected GCC countries

Availability of delivery services may vary by location. Additional terms may apply for cross-border shipments.

Delivery Timeframes

UAE Orders

  • Standard delivery: [1–3 business days]

  • Express delivery (if available): [same day / next day]

 

GCC Orders

  • Estimated delivery: [3–10 business days], depending on destination and customs clearance

 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier capacity

Fenaya shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days only (Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays)

  • Orders placed after cut-off times may be processed the following business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

 

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Fees may vary based on:

    • Destination

    • Order value

    • Product size or weight

 

Fenaya reserves the right to update shipping charges at any time.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (GCC Orders)

  • International and GCC orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

  • Fenaya is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

Delivery Attempt & Receipt

  • Deliveries require acceptance at the provided delivery address

  • Couriers may request identification or proof of delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply

 

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

 

Luxury & High-Value Items

For high-value or luxury items:

  • Signature confirmation may be required

  • Delivery may be restricted to business hours

  • Additional security measures may apply

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Fenaya shall not be liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence

If a shipment is lost in transit:

  • Fenaya will investigate with the courier

  • Resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided once confirmed

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused or returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address

  • Unpaid customs fees

 

Additional shipping or handling fees may be deducted from any applicable refund.

 

Force Majeure

Fenaya shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Courier or customs disruptions
